Courses

Two courses, the same way of learning: 1–2 minute lessons, a question after each one, tests, flashcards and labs on your laptop. In each course, modules 00 and 01 are free, in full.

Claude Code for Beginners

Claude Code for Beginners

You tell Claude Code what you want in plain English, and it writes the code. You build a website, put it on the internet, then learn project memory, skills and automation.

On top of the course, you need a Claude Pro subscription ($20/month, $17 billed yearly) — the free plan doesn’t include Claude Code.

Codex for Beginners

Codex for Beginners

You work with OpenAI’s agent, right in the ChatGPT desktop app. Step by step you build an app that shows what your subscriptions cost and what renews soon.

14 modules168 lessons8 labs00 and 01 free

Codex is included even in the free ChatGPT plan, in the desktop app, but access there is rolling out gradually, so you may not have it yet. The phone, the cloud, the terminal and VS Code (modules 10–12) need at least ChatGPT Plus ($20/month). Checked on OpenAI’s official page, 8 October 2026.

Which one should you pick?

  • Codex works even with the free ChatGPT plan, in the desktop app, though access there is rolling out gradually: good if you want to start without a new subscription.
  • Claude Code needs a Claude Pro subscription and works from the terminal: good if you want the tool this very site was built with.
  • You can take both, in any order: your XP, level and tokens add up, and the tokens you earn in one course lower the price of the other.
