What can Codex do for you?
Welcome to Codex · lesson 5 of 12
Codex is good at the jobs you would otherwise give to a developer:
- it builds a small app from scratch, from your description;
- it adds new things: a form, a button, a total;
- it fixes what doesn’t work, if you tell it what you see on screen;
- it explains in plain words what a file does;
- it runs checks and tells you what it found;
- it handles repetitive jobs on a schedule (you’ll see this in module 09).
You don’t need to know how to code. You need to know what you want and to check what you get.
It’s like having your kitchen redone. You don’t lay the tiles yourself, but you know how you want it to look. And you check they’re straight before you pay.
